FEARLESS FORUM: WOMEN INSPIRING CHANGE
The Committee for Gender Equality of the Council of Bar Association in Pisa, Italy/Neetu/Colour Films, 2024
Role: Panelist

We have been honoured to take part in this incredible forum and training program that aims to look at the prevention of acid violence in Europe. Our founder Helena Hassani will join activist and campaigner Neetu from India and a number of leading legal experts to investigate the links between acid violence, law reform, disability rights and other forms of gendered violence (including links to Child and Forced Marriage).

There are believed to be up to 3000 acid attacks in Europe every year, so we are delighted to make a small contribution towards this important initiative.

The forum is part of a training accreditation offered by The Committee for Gender Equality of the Council of Bar Association in Pisa
